Thank you for all your response - this is exciting. Now I know why the AR Bloggers say it gets addictive. . . Here' a little bio about Mercy. I was born and raise in the Philippines. I have a Bachelor of Arts major in Economics degree and meet my husband of almost 26 years while vacationing in Hawaii. I have lived in Boulder, Co; San Diego, Palmdale & Lancaster, CA; Tucson, AZ before my husband's job transplanted us here in Greenville, SC about 12 years ago. You never know, you could have been one of my neighbors a while back. I have worked as a bookkeeper and payroll administrator (certiiied payroll professional). After getting laid off a couple years ago, I decided to do real estate. I feel that I can relate to people who moves around and offer my professional help so moving is as stress free as possible. Negotiating is one of my strongest point - my accounting background plays a big role on this. I am enjoying real estate though sometimes I missed the regular paycheck so I learned how to budget quick. The greatest achievement of this new job is when my clients are smiling ear to ear satisfactied with the transaction.
