So, I rotate every week with my kids on who is cooking with dad on a Sunday night for the family. This week, it's Claire, my middle kid and oldest daughter. It was 20 degrees outside the house and we made baby back ribs and she really wanted shore lunch potatoes and onions. I really wasn't up for it as it's s
uch a chore to prep.
I will say that it went over well. I got a beer and Claire had a virgin Strawberry Margarita while we cooked over an open fire. I've attached a photo of her with the ribs.
Little Tessa said she wanted to help so she got to have a pop (she never gets pop, so it was a treat and a half).
Can't ever go wrong with a daddy/kid night!
