Round Rock home sales are still going strong despite the national woes!
Home sales price per square foot continues to increase and days on the market are approximately the same as last year. Over all there was a ~2.17% increase in price per square foot for
home sales in
Round Rock compared to the same time last year (month of October of 2006). This is strong evidence that prices are continuing to increase in our specific market! That is great news!!
