Leander homes are definitely seeing some appreciation!  The expansion of 183, big business moving in are just some of the reasons why!  Great schools and quality of living are some other reasons!  Here is what the stats say this month.  If you remember from last months post there was a crazy appreciation of ~48% in price per square foot when comparing this years September sales to last years September sales.  However -this month had a slightl decrease in price per square foot when compared to October 2006 at ~-2.53%.  However days on the market decreased.  -This is probably due to the fact that with more competition on the market -sellers are more willing to negotiate in order to sell quicker. 

Overall -there has been a great appreciation in Leander of residential homes.  It will be interesting to see just how much appreciation of Leander homes occurred between the years 2006 and 2007 once this year comes to an end.  -I have no doubts we will have seen an increase in home sale appreciation-just how much will remain to be seen.  Leander home salesTune in for the update in November and December!!
