Please HELP with New Jersey Realty Transfer Fees

The State Legislature is considering an increase in this tax by allowing local municipalities to impose their own Realty Transfer Fee, in addition to the fee that is currently imposed and collected by the state.

This will not be fare to anyone buying or selling, Also it will effect everyone in the Real Estate buisness,

Now clients will be charged MORE FEES and may back of the deal.
