PART ONE is here. Part TWO was a bit more of a CHALLENGE for your SEO. With my Point2 site, I was hoping to get you some juicy stuff to kick up your website and add in Active Rain Profiles and Active Rain Blogs as an RSS.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. If it really was “really simple”, you probably wouldn’t be reading this, but hey, I didn’t name it RSS. In a nutshell, it's a widely used method of delivering the latest website updates directly to you without cluttering your email inbox.
Alas, Point2 does not have specific instructions to link our AR Blogs as an RSS feed (unless you have a different plan of attack). I have to say POINT2 was helpful in giving me this set of instructions. ADD/REMOVE POINT 2 LINKS.
Whatever webiste you have, you can go to your Website's "office management account" or go to "your online office" and find a tab that allows you to edit and "Add/Remove Links". (this link is instructions for POINT2 people)
1: Go to EDIT
2: add remove linksjavascript:mctmp(0);
3. Set up a NAME
4. Get or create an Image
5. Make a link
6. That's it!
Now in my website, I have a link for the ACTIVE RAIN PROFILE and a link for the ACTIVE RAIN BLOG.
