Great information Valarie, interesting to see those small, character filled Point Loma homes selling for more than some much larger homes in other areas of San Diego County.

Yes, the higher priced homes take longer to sell normally. But, Point Loma is very diverse. You can spend much less, yet live among multimillion dollar homes.

Valerie ... We enjoy Point Loma sometimes during our visits to San Diego.  Thanks for your real estate market update re Point Loma and nearby Ocean Beach.  It's nice that there seem to be some smaller and more affordable homes there.

Harrison, Point Loma is a beautiful part of our city. I wouldn't call it a starter neighborhood, but I agree with you. I love that I'm able to help people who want to live in this area but otherwise thought it was too expensive.
