Bradford Johnson Home InspectionWhen you have a historic home, you know that there are specific needs and it pays to have an expert on your side, especially when it comes to home inspections. I’m proud to specialize in historic homes, home inspections, commercial inspections, 203k consulting, environmental testing, and renovation consulting. My extensive experience has allowed me to provide my clients in both North Carolina and South Carolina with expert observations when it comes to their special homes.

I value the opportunity to work specifically for my clients and provide them with exceptional custom service. It’s something I’ve been passionate about for 14 years. I value the opportunities I have to conduct radon and mold testing to help keep my clients’ homes safe.

I’m proud to say that I am certified to perform mold and radon tests, certified ASHI, certified InterNACHI, HUD approved 203k consultant, FHA certified inspector, Haag Engineering roof inspector, and I’m licensed in both of the Carolinas. To date, I’ve conducted over 5,000 inspections and consulting arrangements in the area.

I absolutely love this part of the country! I was born and raised in Inman, SC near Spartanburg in the upstate area. I am a graduate of Clemson University in Mechanical Engineering. When I’m not busy inspecting my clients’ homes, I love spending time with my four wonderful children, three grand children, and my beautiful wife.

If you’re looking for home inspecting services, I do hope you will keep me in mind. I take pride in the work I do with my clients, and cover the upstate part of South Carolina, along with western North Carolina.

Hi Bradford, I value the home inspectors in my area for their different areas of expertise.  I have a special inspector for antiques  - he loves antiques and knows the benefits to ownership as well as those areas of concern without being an alarmist, I have another for new construction and another for pre-existing homes and condos.  They all bring different talents to the table with their speciality!  I am sure you do too.
