Hi Anna! For me it is! And the seller has another house they approved for this program. Oh my, if all the short sales were like this, we would RECOVER in the US housing market!
Dawn - Chase did the same thing for one house on a certain street in my neighborhood. It had Chase first and second mortgages and the sale went through like lightening. However, on another house on the same street my buyer has had an offer in on a Chase short sale for 12 months and they actually counteroffered with a higher counter than they had last March! Seems like it is the luck of the draw with Chase.
Gail, so right! I have my longest short sale with Chase and now my shortest. Good perspective! They are the worst and the best in my opinion...how weird!
