Interesting info. I lived in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years so I enjoy hearing how the market is doing. Although there is a great disparity between the highs and lows, it is good news to see DOM in the 90's +/-

Pat - yes, the shorter time to sell a home is wonderful news! As for the price differences, we have some really expensive homes and some neighborhoods have really inexpensive homes........and bank owned make them even less expensive.
