Busy day!!!

Today was very busy. I came in early to try and get a jump on the days activitys, but I was with clients all day. I did take a break and went to preview properties that were on the market. Most of my days is spent answer sign calls, and doing CMAs for clients or banks. The good thing is I am seeing an increase on showings between 100,000 to 150,000 is way up. 150,000 to 250,000 is going great! 250,000 to 350,000 is slower, but still better than it was about 3 months ago. 350,000 to about 600,00 is slow. Ranch models are selling like hot cakes.
