Let me expound further. This home has got to be one of the very best bargains in Key West at this time. The home was destined by local architect Tom Pope who created a new home that is reminiscent of the best features found in many grand old Key West homes. The house was built by one of the top Key West home builders. The very finest of materials and workmanship were incorporated into the property. You could not build this house today for less than the asking price.
I have been inside many newer homes that try to replicate the style of older Key West homes. I have shown several of the more recently built new houses that were built to look like our older homes. When I have shown most of these homes, buyers say the insides are typical of what they can buy up north where they belong.
