This house in Lawrence, KS sold the very first showing. The dining room and office which were the first rooms that you came to had almost nothing in them. We brought in a desk & chair for the office & a table and chairs for the dining room. We also spruced up the decor in the living spaces and re-purposed items that the home owner had.
