Dear REO Specialists,
You've been living on the dark side to long. You have many listings and for the most part you get offers quite frequently. Business is good on the Dark Side. Your client is not demanding. You don't need to parse your words carefully in consideration of your client's feelings, they have none. By living on the Dark Side your interpersonal skills might be eroding, in my opinion they are.
I bet you get lots of low ball offers. I bet you get incomplete offers. I bet you have to repeat yourself over and over. I know you are frustrated living on the Dark Side. At some point you'll need to find a way back to reality, maybe years from now at the current rate.
I challenge you to understand the difference between the fly by night, sloppy, bottom fishing offers and the realistic ones. Those of us who present a realistic offer with a complete offer package would appreciate you treating us and therefore our clients with respect. I know the Dark Side has put large chips on your shoulder. I didn't put them there so knock it off.
It takes both of us to work together for our clients in order to get to the closing table. It is our duty to provide out clients documents in a timely fashion. If we send an amendment it's your duty to send it to your client unless you have specific direction for the specific property in writing not to provide documents to your client. If you change the locks get new keys into the lock box. My clients often want to go back during the contract period. We are definitely doing a walk through right before closing to inspect the property.
Bill
