Real Estate Attorney

Real estate video tours are going to be a standard as we move forward.  Especially in today's environment where, in most communities, the houses for sale outnumber the house buyers.  Anything that can help get your listings found and viewed is a plus.  Zipvo, the first to the market to give potential home buyers the ability to search for real estate videos by zip code, has released code to allow you to imbed your videos directly onto your website.  Get MORE exposure for your homes.

Sign up and upload your home walk throughs for free.

More details available at Zipvo.com.

When you register with Zipvo, you are also given your own Realtor profile page.  The page allows you to link back to your site, helping to build your link popularity.

Martin-

Here at the tip of Cape Cod, very few people do virtual tours!  However, I do virtual tours on all of my listings.  To be two steps ahead, I am going to look into video tours next!  Thanks for the post!

Dear Martin,

It seems like I'm going to be the one nay-sayer on the video thing.  I don't have an issue with the video itself, my challenge is the automatic-launch aspect.  One of the top 10 pet peeves of people is a video that self-launches or audio that plays automatically.  I will tell you that I wanted to peruse your blog, but each time I click into a blog link to see the comments or to make one, I get the stupid video starting again when I come out and I have to turn it off again.  Total pain.  What may hook someone in who is just coming to the page could drive away those who have taken a sincere interest.  Beware the auto-start video and audio.  Just my 2 cents.
