Hey Steve,

I agree! It's becoming more and more of a buyers market and a buying opportunity every month. And, I don't think the market correction is going to last as long as certain people have indicated. Prices have come down, interest rates have dropped a little and should drop some more (alhthough the rates are still incredible when you compare historical rates), etc. Buyers need to be careful not to wait too long to take advantage of the market.
