VA Home Loan Info- The VA Home Loan is a great loan program for Veterans. I was surprised to learn that many veterans do not know about this loan program. I personally helped out a veteran who did not know that the VA Home Loan was a 0% Down Loan!

Jairo, I have a buyer with a VA loan in process set to close next week, and found out if they are disabled the funding fee is waived -- I did not know that!

The VA program is a great resource. I used it for the purchase of my first home and Ir remember my father used it as well.
