Welcome to Blue Hill Commons condominiums in Orangeburg, NY.
This condominium complex was built in 1970. The units range in square footage from 525 square feet to 1196 square feet and are one level units and two level units. The condos have 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms with 1 or 1.5 baths.
There is lot parking and the spots are assigned and located close to each unit.
The units are bright and sunny and spacious.
They have patios and terraces, and some of the condos have two terraces.
There is a community laundry facility in each building for the residents to use.
Amenities include an outdoor pool and a clubhouse.
The grounds are kept beautifully and there are many ornamental trees, perennials and annuals. Many of the units overlook courtyard settings that provide a sense of peace and tranquility.
As a pet lover, I am glad to say that pets are allowed.
At the time of the writing of this article, there are two condos for sale. One 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is being offered at $204,900 and the other unit, which is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, is listed at $265,000.
Two condos sold in 2011. One 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit sold for $205,000 and one 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit sold for $265,000.
Commuting from Blue Hill Commons to New York City is convenient since the bus stops right at the corner of the complex.
Orangeburg is close to many highways, Route 303, Route 9W, the NYS thruway (I-87), the Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP), and the Tappan Zee Bridge. Using these roads you can commute to Westchester and Connecticut by crossing the TZ bridge, or Bergen County, by heading west on the NYS thruway and taking either the Garden State Parkway or I-287.
You will live close to shopping and restaurants, too.
