Trilogy at Vistancia is a stunning active adult gated community in northern Peoria. This community has been established by Shea Homes and will consist of 2400 homes on 1000 acres and opened in 2004. Homes in Trilogy at Vistancia range in size from 1300 to 3100 square feet. There are many golf course lots available all at reasonable prices. This is a beautiful gated community located away from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

Trilogy at Vistancia features many amenities to its residents. These include the Kiva Club, a 35,000 square foot resort style club which includes billiards, event rooms, a fitness studio and athletic club. The athletic club has fitness and wellness equipment such as a 25 yard indoor pool, aerobics studio, free weights, stationary bikes and the Fitlinxx training system.

T rilogy at Vistancia is also home to the Trilogy Golf Club. This championship golf course was designed by Gary Panks and is a 18 hole, par 72, 7259 yard course with stunning views of the Sonoran desert. The Trilogy Golf Club is also the home to the Verde Grill restaurant. This course also includes a full pro shop Restaurant and bar.

Coming in the near future will be many shopping centers to include Safeway, Home Depot, Kohls, Office Max, Super Target, Sports Chalet and many more all within a 5 minute drive. There are also plans for numerous Restaurants. Trilogy at Vastancia is located just minutes off the AZ 303 which in the near future will connect I-10 and I-17 for convienent access to all parts of the valley.

With many common areas and some of the prettiest green lush landscaping you will see anywhere in the valley, Trilogy at Vistancia is not only very pleasing to the eye, but provides a feeling of warmth and an upper class lifestyle. Its obvious that no expense was spared to create an oasis in the desert for a wonderful active retired community.

To visit Trilogy at Vistancia take Happy Valley Road west from 99th Avenue (Lake Pleasant Parkway) for about 3-4 miles and there will be no doubt from there when you enter this award winning community on the left. Simply follow the signs from there.
