Fred, Excellent video...suggested...Buyers need to be informed as to how important a home inspection is prior to purchasing and closing. Sometimes they try to "save" money and it usually turns around and, without the help of a certified inspector, the investment becomes more expensive than expected. Just because the home looked nice doesn't always say what's hidden within the building.
