The results are in for unemployment rates here in New Hampshire for 2011. Every county saw decreases. Statewide we started Jan 1, 2011 at 5.6% and ended at Dec. 31, 2011 at 5.1%. NH has been blessed with a strong job market and a sharp growth in our Real Estate market. Prices have stabilzed, the amount of Listings are down near 30% and Sales are up from 10-18%.
