This is correct but gives the wrong impression. Some of these homes are the little Sancerres are older detached CONDOS, they have smaller lots but they are detached. Information is true but missleading. The shorts include these so the information is slanted.  The Pacific ridge homes have a different price medium than the pelican ridge and pelican hill and pelican crest and crystal cove.  Be careful of what you read and who you deal with
