this expresses one of my biggest pet peeves with other realtors. I can't imagine what clients think. No wonder they have a poor opinion of us.

Answer the DAMN Phone! I apologize ahead of time if this doesn't flow with everyone.
I am tired of agents so called "Realtors" who don't respond to emails or answer the phone. I have had a good run with agents not returning emails or not returning calls. What I hate the most is when I submit an offer and it dies. The agent never responds or confirms receiving the offer. I always make sure I write in my emails to respond via email or phone confirming they got the offer. I believe it is only the right thing to do. Whenever I get an offer, I always respond with a confirmation of receipt, no matter what time it is. I want to make sure the agent is aware that his offer was received. I don't leave anybody hanging.
At least answer the DAMN phone when I call, or shoot me a text message back saying you received it. I feel like putting a list together of these agents and putting them on blast. Maybe put them on a email newsletter, giving them examples of basic good business, or send them something on business ethics.
This is a burning issue for me, I have clients asking me what there status is on offers and I don't have a response for them. I almost want to create a website for agents people shouldn't work with or a rating system for these agents.
By the way, I call these people agents, they probably don't have a clue on what it takes to be a Realtor.
