Tulips in the Rain at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden
Cold rainy days in the winter bring wishes for the colorful days of spring that we are anxious to enjoy. All of us in Maryland will be watching for the tulips to bloom and the spring showers that will make the flowers grow.
Those of us that live in the Kentlands community in Gaithersburg appreciate the presence of many lovely gardens and the flowers that will brighten our days.
Many of us try to schedule day trips and weekend adventures to places that will allow us to escape from the pressures of business. When you travel to the Richmond, Virginia area, one of the very special places to visit is Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. The Conservatory is always filled with beautiful flowers and plants and the gardens will be very colorful in the Spring.
Always have your camera in hand to capture those special moments as you are out and about in your community and your travels.
