Luxury Real Estate Marketing: The Luxury of Pink Jasmine/Speechless Sunday

pink jasmine in Carpinteria

Our deck is bordered with pink jasmine.  They make great hedges and have a sweet light scent when they bloom.  The resident hummingbirds are attracted to their nectar.  With ther warm spell of weather in Central and Southern California, this January, we have a"faux," spring, and many trees and in bloom as is one of our jasmines.

Happy Sunday, Cheers, Ron & Alexandra

Pink Jasmine is always so pretty. I love Star Jasmine too, Alexandra. Do you have hummers now? We don't, they are gone for another couple of months. We usually see them again in March.

No wonder the trees and shrubs are confused--last week felt like July instead of January and today is glorious with more balmy temps and bright sunshine.

The weather here has just been beautiful no snow like last year .. just warm and sunny days.  I love the smell of Jasmine and wish I could grow it here.

Alexandra, we use to have Yellow Jasmine when we lived up in the Sierra. It was on the back side of our house and it was a huge hedge. We could smell it throughout the house and the entire property. We loved it so. I am planning on planting some this summer in a pot with a trellis. I have been thinking back to those plants I have loved and planning carefully a special little courtyard of plant memories. Hope your Sunday is perfect.

Hi Alexandra.  I've never seen pink jasmine before either.  This unusually warm winter has tricked some of our flowering trees to bloom -- in January!  We're not done with winter yet, though, and I'm afraid this "faux" spring will mean fewer blooms when the real one comes.

As if the beauty of the flower isn't enough, you get hummingbirds too!  Awesome!
