So again just as in HAMP, HARP, HASP, HAFA 1.0, 1.5, and version 1.75 There is tons of confusion as to the new HARP 2.0 program.

I am currently creating video updates, document updates and posting as much as I can before March 1st's start date. So we as lenders, Realtors® and Home Owners can be as educated as possible as to how to get help, what to expect, and how to make an educated decision that if I can get help from HARP 2.0 the supposed panacea, if that really is a better option than a short sale. Should it not be and a short sale appear better then we will have enough time to react before the Forgiveness of Debt Relief Act sunsets 12/31/2012 - after all if the Mayans were wrong about the end of the world 12/21/12 last thing we want is to continue with a big taxbill right :-)
