I am suprise. It seems like the Decatur market is growing steadily. 469 homes is a lot for a small town like decatur. How many realtors are in Decatur? I was talking to a friend of mine today and he said that Huntsville area has over 3000 realtor. I was amazed.  This market has withstood the national mortgage crisis real gingerly. Keep doing what you are doing Kim. You are a model to follow.
