Jason: “So, what were the deciding factors that led you to build this home in Timbercreek?”
Seller: “We always wanted to build our dream and we came across a very unique floor plan, that seemed perfect for us and our growing family. The home has plenty of space to accommodate our friends and family during the holidays and you could not ask for a better layout for entertaining. The home is ideal for outdoor living, with the patio space and spacious pool decking area. As for Timbercreek, we just loved the location and the attractiveness of the community.”
Jason: “What improvements have you made to the home over the years to improve its value?”
Seller: “We have not had to do much. We were fortunate enough to be able to include all the great interior and exterior amenities you see during the construction process. We have updated the appliances and added new tile in the kitchen. We have also just recently had a tankless hot water system installed.”
Jason: “Why are you moving?”
Seller: “My husband and I have recently divorced, my oldest boys are in college and it is just me and my youngest son living in this big home now. It is just too big for us, so I am looking to downsize.”
Jason: “What are you going to miss most about this home when it sells!”
Seller: “I am going to miss the theater room most of all. I love being able to watch movies with the kids and experience the big screen and the movie theater sound in the comfort of our home. It is also wonderful for football parties!”
Jason: “What are you going to miss about life in Timbercreek and the surrounding Daphne/Spanish Fort area?”
Seller: “As I said, Timbercreek is in such a wonderful location, so close to Interstate 10 and the Eastern Shore Centre. If you want to get a quick bite to eat, you simple need to cross Highway 181. Timbercreek has also been good for my kids. They have made great friends and I have never worried about them out alone, exploring the subdivision on their bikes. The Spanish Fort School District is incredible and there a lot of community sports activities for kids.”
