This event will be held at the restaurant on February 1st from 5:30-7:30pm. Guests will learn step-by-step from the restaurant’s expert bartenders how to make at home some of the city’s most famous cocktails including the Hurricane, Romas Gin Fizz and Sazerac.
Guests will be provided with recipe cards and samples of each cocktail, as well, while they enjoy small bites of classic Cajun dishes like fried boudin, riz juane, alligator and andouille beignets and oysters en brochuette.
The cost of the Linger & Learn experience is only $25 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and guests who stay for dinner after the class will receive 15% off their check.
