The Median Sales Price Of Ventura, CA Real Estate was $378,000 which is lower than the 2010 Median Sales price of $416,000. This is a difference of approximately 9%.

The total number of Ventura Real Estate Sales of residential units sold was 661, which is less than 2010's total of 689 but more than 2009's number of 632. This year's total is 4% fewer than 2010.

The Days on Market time is longer in 2011 than in 2010.

Hi Sandy,

I agree with Laura, this report gives a lot of good information for buyer (and sellers) in your area.  There was a shift in price and number of sales between 2010 and 2011, but it still seems like there is a lot of good activity.
