This song version was from 1993 before all of the turmoil we see out here now. Very representative of what has been happening of late with a few of the Short Sales I have been involved with. Lives forever changed!

Alexandra, I would not go so far as to say traumatized. It's more like I simply wish there was a better solution I could provide on their behalves without so much disruption in the families. This song provides the best representation I could find of that resultant effect. I estimate a decade of recovery to those who've gone through it. The foreclosure alternative is longer still. Thank you!

Sorry i missed this one Keving...very soulful and if you dwell on all the heartache of the short sale it will bury you...i always tell the family/owner that it is time to renew...not always true.

Ginny, it can easily swallow you up. From a business perspective, if it's not performing it's intended role then the time has come to liquidate. Many can renew their dream while some are stuck with old habits that make it much more difficult to do so.
