Vail Valley Real Estate Weekly Under Contract Update January 20-26, 2012
The first two weeks of the year boasted some incredible numbers in real estate sales in the Vail Valley of Colorado. In my previous report, over $40million of real estate went under contract. Though a bit slower this last week, January 20-26, 2012, over $20,000,000 worth of real estate has been put under contract. Spanning from East Vail to Gypsum, 15 new sales occurred during this time period. Note yet another sale of a 10,000sqft+ single family home in Bachelor Gulch Village.
