I believe in the power of a community and love and respect the Active Rain Group. Since the beginning of time human beings are drawn together by deep and innate urgings. This is both good and bad. It is good for protection, for learning, for love and general well-being. It is bad because too often it is hard for a person to think for himself or herself.

The Active Rain Group is no different from any other human community. People get upset with others, sides can be drawn, and claws emerge. But it is our mutual respect for one another and the entire community which makes this place special.

Now the guidelines for respecting the Active Rain community are mostly written in the negative, like do not…Read about them and learn what to expect while you blog on this community. It is important. However, I would encourage you to rework these do not commands into do commands.

Believe in the power of this community and respect others who are here. If you do, you will learn important skills for all your relationships.
