Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker of Molisse Realty Group is pleased to announce that six agents of the company recently completed the HAFA Short Sale class offered at the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors.
Molisse agents Nancy Lilly, Janet Murray, Pauline Hitchcock, Trish Pierce, Cindy Dunn and Donna Gallagher all participated in the day long class and successfully passed the required examination to become HAFA Short Sale Certified.
The HAFA program (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) is a streamlined short sale process offered to those that qualify under certain eligibility criteria.
