FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2011: The medium sales price in Cape Coral-Fort Myers went up over 17% to $110,000, the average in Cape Coral being around $103,000, up 12%. With a heavy boost from Europeans and Canadians, it's not surprising that the average price went up in the last 12 months when you consider that the average price was then at $91,300 and that the inventory has dropped by over 21% in the last year.
