Oak Hill Subdivision 2011 Year End Market Report

This Oak Hill North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Oak Hill is no exception. We did see some improvement in market activity particularly in the last quarter that we hope will continue through this year. Let's take a look at the numbers:

There is good news - 2012 already looks like it will be a busy year based on current buyer activity. Inventory remains high in North Aurora but we hope buyer activity will begin to reduce inventory. There are currently no homes available for sale in Oak Hill Subdivision so now's a great time to list!
