Selling CharlottesvilleWe all know the basics in selling Real Estate but when you want to sell your Charlottesville Real Estate I actually recommend that your first step is NOT to talk to your agent.

Here are the details for Selling Charlottesville Real Estate and you will find that the first step is to understand the market.

Check your gut feeling

Most people have a gut feeling about what the market is doing and you do not typically need to be told what kind of a market we are currently in.

It is important for sellers and buyers to understand the market. For over 9 months, I've been working with buyers who were looking at an over 4MM house. Actually at on point this house was listed for 5MM. Anyway, they made an offer in the 3MM's cause thats what the market was showing things were going for. The offer was refused and now finally the house has been reduced into the right price point now, and my sellers are sticking with their offer that was right the first time.
