I listed a home last Wednesday in Midwest City and it went under contract on Saturday. 

Saturday it had 3 showings and 2 of the 3 requested the disclosures.  The Seller was given short time to respond, but ended up getting what he wanted for the house.

It all shows that if the condition, location and price all fall together, a home will sell.
