Laura, the majority of 4 bedroom homes on the market are two story and have interior steps. At the same time, much of relocation demand from boomers is for homes on one level without interior steps.

Dana, thank you. We had another showing today which inspired me to revisit the competition for 4 bedroom homes with a 3 car garage all on one level. It is clear our low inventory is a signal supply and demand is back in our local market.
