Here's a scenario....we listed a home in September, pricing it very aggressively for the area.  It's staged and immaculate.  In fact, we were concerned it was under priced.  In reviewing updated comps and data for the other homes in the area, there's really nothing showing a need for a lower price, but we are not getting any real interest.  Thoughts?
