Over the last few months I have become accustomed to seeing John McCormack's smiling face next to meaningful comments he leaves in the feed of many Active Raine posts.  His comments were the catalyst for me to investigate and subscribe to his blog.  John's personality comes alive in both his comments and his posts.  November through January he posted at least twice a day, which has garnered the attention of many of us in the Rain. His post "Are You a Customer Service Junkie?" is a tribute to his ability to connect with people in the Rain and his satisfied clients.  Subscribe to his blog and you will be entertained and learn something in the process!
