It Started Out Like A Totally Normal Day.

This was fantastic.  I posted it on my FB wall earlier because I thought, in its humor, that it was very powerful.  We never think that at that age it can happen to us.  And because she has such a stress free job, she should be okay, right ?  LOL ;) :) :)

We, women, definitely need to pay more attention to our health. We used to taking care of everyone around us, but don't pay attention to ourselves.

Laura:  This is why I run with my dog at least 6 miles per week.  It's the thing that no one wants to talk about and it's so important.

Laura:  What a totally wonderful video.  So incredibly well done.  I think part of being aware of these signs is seeing a video that is SO well done that I ended up watching it three times.  A simply excellent video.  I think I do a reblog of a post about once every six months or so.  This one definitely gets a re-blog.

Thanks Laura, for reminding women we can have a heart attack also. And the symtoms

are different than men. My doctor recommends a baby aspirin daily 81 milligrams. Check with your 

doctor. I always carry aspirin with me , as they say if you suspect a heart attack, take an aspirin 

to clear out the "clot". I am not a doctor , but this advice came from one. Check it out for

yourself.

Hi Laura.  My lovely wife is aware of her cholesterol numbers and is proactive.  Therapy is a slow process but it will get done.
