Columbia County's very popular neighborhood, Springlakes located in Martinez is situated within a few miles of I-20 access and currently has 15 properties for sale. A mature, established neighborhood that offers amenities such as: tennis courts, pool and clubhouse. There are quite a few of private schools in the area as well, one being Augusta Preparatory Day School located right down Flowing Wells Road near the subdivision entrance.

 

 

 

Grocery shopping is located nearby as well. Kroger is located on Columbia Road within a quarter mile of the entrance to Springlakes. A little further down Washington Road you can enjoy finding things you need for your home in Marshalls, Target or Kohls located in the Mullins Shopping Center in Evans, a neighboring community.
