How much does $200k buy...

Title Insurance with AmeriTitle

Getting back to the basics of marketing is a great approach in today's market.  Postcard and email campaigns are making a come back as effective forms of marketing.

We're seeing a big resurgence in requests for targeted prospecting lists for use in postcard and letter mailings.  After a bit of a hiatus, people are putting this back into their mix of marketing tools.

What we have NOT seen are the requests for lists of 1,000's of people.  Thank goodness because this was never really a good approach.  (In my opinion...)  For best results, get extremely targeted with your list.   Even better, consistently keep in touch with your personal sphere list.  You get the best ROI with this group, hands down.

Marketing coaches recommend you reach your clients through 7 different mediums.   What does that look like...?  Face to face, telephone, social media, web presence, letters, postcards, email, newspaper, yard signs, bull horn, what else...?  Whatever you choose to use,  put a strategy together and be sure you are reaching people with a balanced approach of various mediums CONSISTENTLY throughout the year.

How much does $200,000 buy?

This is not a new idea but really a fun piece to send out to prospective buyers.  Prices have come down and people may be surprised at what $200,000 can buy.  (Or whatever price you want to plug in...)

Below is a template all built and ready to go on My Neighborhood Agent.  You customize the homes for your local area and create your own motivating message for the back.   You could do all "SOLD" or all "LISTED" or a mix of both.  The cost for these high quality cards, all merged with your database, and mailed out for you is $0.60 per piece.  (This pricing is for 100 - there are price breaks for larger mail campaigns.)

If you have an email database for your sphere (which you absolutely should) you could mock something like this up for an eblast and it would be free!

This is an oldy but a goody because people are interested in this kind of information.  It gets their attention and may even get them to pick up the phone.
