Grand Heritage in Lavon, Texas just seems out of place. It is a master-planned community near Lake Lavon that I would put up against any of the other MPCs in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and perhaps Texas for having the best amenity center package.
Grand Heritage was voted as the "Best Residential Deal for 2006". Featuring a 300,000 gallon swimming center, complete fitness center, computer lab with high speed broadband, meeting rooms etc. There is also a video gamily center with every type of gaming console. This place is awesome!

A home in Grand Heritage is a great move for the family to create long lasting memories.
