Wells Fargo is sponsoring a home buyers workshop in Atlanta this weekend at the World Congress Center. This event is specifically for the city of Atlanta. The goal of the event is to lend $1.3 billion to Atlanta buyers. Wells Fargo also says that they are providing $8 billion in down payment assistance for Atlanta. This event is suppose to bring both information and resources to possible home buyers. There will be bus tours of high inventories of bank-owned properties. This should be interesting and the parking is FREE.
Parking will be free for the event if you bring your registration form and park in the red parking deck. and tell the attendant you are with the Wells Fargo event.
