Thanks Gail, I had a bunch of friends do an evening of brainstorming last year and that is one of the things that they suggested was to start a series of seminars for the public. I have not yet. How is the turn out for your classes and how do you market it. Do you have coffee snacks etc. Hope they work well for you.

We typically have about 10 - 15 couples in the class. advertising is done through a resale homes magazine, internet and sometimes postcards to apartment building. We provide water and juice and we have a 30 mins question and answer time. We have just started these seminars this year and so far the response has been good. Most buyers will be ready in 6 - 12 months but sometimes you find those buyers who are actively searching. Give it a try and share your results.
