Good point of view!  You'll need a well focused marketing plan to locate, target and market to foreign investors.  You'll probably in all likelihood need skills in a foreign language and culture differences to be truly successful.

The dollar is making us all nervous. On a recent trip to the Bahamas a dinner for 2 with no drinks was 150 US.... Have a Happy Thanksgiving! Charles
