October numbers are in and the news is mixed. The average days on market is up significantly from October 2006. Up to 151 days as opposed to 77 days in 2006.
Sellers are getting 89.98% of asking price. There are currently 559 homes for sale in the county. 36 homes sold last month and 33 more went under contract.
