Just had my first real estate closing of 2012. Listen to this! My buyer is a 21 year old man, with a 1 year old son, who saved his 10% down payment over the past two years ($9200) and bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage single family home in Colorado Springs with a total house payment of.....$496! This my friends shows amazing maturity, discipline to reach a goal and that opportunity abounds in today's real estate market! By the way my buyer works at a local ARC thrift store...believe it!
Hard work and dedication is still out there...even with some of our young people (no Occupy protester here...no time cause he's working his tail off)! His smile was as big as the sky! Come on people you can do this too! Very, very encouraging!
